We are Keystone

Keystone was formed way back in October, 2003, a time when indoor plumbing was becoming common and business owners went looking for ways to use this here Internet thingy to reach new customers. Eric Jackson and Mike Miller, both early settlers in this digital landscape, decided to team up and offer a broader range of services to the local townsfolk.

Since the company’s formation those many years ago, we’ve been continually kicking digital rears and taking names, though sometimes we let the names slide because… you know… we’re softies at heart.

Mostly we just want to help our fellow small business owners use technology to their advantage. We can integrate a website or server solution that will save you time and money and grow your business without impeding any of your current operations. We don’t want to change you… we just want to help others see the real you. We’re like your personal stylist… helping you pick that sexy Oscar dress so you can nail the red carpet interviews.

Eric Jackson

Managing Partner

If you think your website/network is bad or you have a friend/colleague/enemy with the same difficulty, please call, I can help you. If I can’t help you, I know a myriad of people who can. I can even refer you to people who can get you married, divorced, file your tax return, build you a desk, counsel your teenager, clean your teeth, paint your house, pimp your car, build your home…you get the picture.

Michael Miller

Partner/IT Consulting

I solve our customer’s problems and provide networking consulting solutions. I manage both our internal systems and the external hosting email and web publishing services. Microsoft Servers and workstations, Exchange Server, SQL Server, web hosting, e-mail, Postini, backup, antivirus, planning and implementation are all things clients can call me about when they are needing help.

Jamie Holland

Interactive Designer

I make the websites. One of my favorite quotes is "Design is the method of putting form and content together. Design, just as art, has multiple definitions; there is no single definition. Design can be art. Design can be aesthetics. Design is so simple, that’s why it is so complicated." by Paul Rand.

Adam Arnold

IT Consulting

I'm a Microsoft certified Consultant with 8 years of system and network administration experience. I serve as a Network and Systems Administrator here at Keystone. In collaboration with the Consulting team, I work with clients to determine their needs and implement a solution to fit those needs.

Thomas Campbell

IT Consulting

I’m one of the folks on the network side of Keystone. This mostly involves removing spyware from your computer, correcting computer issues or glitches, checking your backups, and letting you know when it is time to replace your equipment. Clients can call me for help with malware infections, printing problems, network troubleshooting, hardware issues, Microsoft office issues, etc.

Michelle See

Office Manager

I handle all the billing and invoices, and I’m the first in line to answer the phone and get you some help. I do all the grocery shopping for the office to keep us all in caffeine so we can properly function. I also keep all our geeks in line, making sure to remember birthdays and boss’s day (which is important for brownie points!).
