We get this question, surprisingly, a lot. And every time I try to answer, I get a little tongue-tied like a sixth grader with stage fright at her speaking part in a Christmas play. It’s not like I’m about to give a Presidential speech or anything, I just really want to convince this inferior question-asker that the choice is bigger than “YouTube trumps Vimeo in any situation on any day!”

When you take a seat at your glossy, black keyboard with angst and passion dripping from your fingertips ready to compose the most captivating email the recipient will ever read, your mind might not be as clear and thought provoking as you think. It is in these moments when you may think your words come off as stern but helpful or criticizing but constructive. Really, you are probably being only stern and criticizing, and missing those helpful, constructive words.
