Michelle is Keystone’s Air Traffic Controller, managing all the stuff (including us) that would otherwise go unmanaged and thus devolve into total chaos. She’s the person who knows what you need before you know you need it. Michelle tirelessly ensures that the office is stocked, staffed, and ready for takeoff on any given day.
